Du kannst dein Scredoo-Konto und alle seine Daten jederzeit löschen. Das wirkt sofort und kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden.
Schreib eine E-Mail an privacy@scredoo.com von der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos, oder teile uns mit, mit welcher Adresse du dich angemeldet hast. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen das per E-Mail.
Danach bleibt nichts zurück, das mit dir verknüpft ist. Für gekaufte Seitenpakete bleibt nur die Transaktionsnummer des Stores erhalten, ohne dein Konto, damit derselbe Kauf nicht erneut eingelöst werden kann. Fotos deiner Briefe wurden nie gespeichert. Ungenutzte Seiten gehen beim Löschen des Kontos verloren. Termine, die du zum Kalender deines Telefons hinzugefügt hast, bleiben in deinem Kalender; lösche sie dort, wenn du möchtest.
Tippe im Archiv auf Auswählen, wähle Briefe aus und tippe auf Löschen, oder halte einen einzelnen Brief gedrückt. Um alle Briefe auf einmal zu entfernen, gehe zu Einstellungen → Daten → Alle gescannten Briefe löschen.
You can delete your Scredoo account and all of its data at any time. It takes effect straight away and can't be undone.
Email privacy@scredoo.com from the email address of your account, or tell us which address you signed up with. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
Nothing linked to you is kept afterwards. For page packs you bought, only the store's transaction number remains, without your account, so the same purchase can't be redeemed again. Photos of your letters were never stored. Unused pages are lost when the account is deleted. Events you added to your phone's calendar stay in your calendar; delete them there if you want to.
In the Vault, tap Select, choose letters and tap Delete, or press and hold a single letter. To remove every letter at once, go to Settings → Data → Delete all scanned letters.
