Snip speichert und zeigt Codes so an, wie du sie einträgst oder scannst. Ob ein Code an der Kasse angenommen wird, ob ein Gutschein gültig ist und welche Bedingungen gelten, entscheidet allein das ausstellende Geschäft. Prüfe Gültigkeit und Bedingungen im Zweifel selbst. Erinnerungen an ablaufende Gutscheine sind eine Hilfe, keine Garantie.
Deine Daten liegen nur auf deinem iPhone. Erstelle regelmäßig ein Backup (Einstellungen → Deine Daten), denn gelöschte Inhalte können wir nicht wiederherstellen.
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit und nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz. Bei leicht fahrlässiger Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten ist die Haftung auf den vorhersehbaren, typischen Schaden begrenzt. Im Übrigen ist sie ausgeschlossen. Die App wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
Ein Trinkgeld ist eine freiwillige Zuwendung und begründet keinen Anspruch auf Funktionen oder Leistungen.
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Staates, in dem du lebst, bleiben unberührt. Wir sind nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

Snip stores and shows codes as you enter or scan them. Whether a code is accepted at the till, whether a coupon is valid and which conditions apply is decided solely by the issuing shop. If in doubt, check validity and conditions yourself. Expiry reminders are a help, not a guarantee.
Your data lives only on your iPhone. Make a backup regularly (Settings → Your data), because we can't restore deleted content.
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Otherwise it is excluded. The app is provided free of charge.
A tip is a voluntary gift and gives no claim to features or services.
German law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live stay unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
