Kurz gesagt: Snip erhebt, speichert und überträgt keine personenbezogenen Daten an uns oder an Dritte. Alle Inhalte bleiben auf deinem iPhone.
Gutscheine und Kundenkarten, die du anlegst: Name, Codenummer, optional Ablaufdatum, Notizen und von dir ausgewählte Fotos. Diese Daten verlassen dein Gerät nicht. Wenn du die App löschst, werden sie ebenfalls gelöscht.
Die Kamera wird nur verwendet, um Barcodes und aufgedruckten Text auf Gutscheinen und Karten zu lesen. Das geschieht auf dem Gerät. Enthält ein Barcode Daten, die sich nicht als Text darstellen lassen, speichert die App zusätzlich ein Bild des Barcodes auf deinem Gerät. Fotos liest die App nur, wenn du selbst eines auswählst. Es wird nichts hochgeladen.
Erinnerungen an ablaufende Gutscheine sind lokale Mitteilungen auf deinem Gerät. Sie laufen nicht über einen Server.
Wenn du ein Backup exportierst, speichert iOS die Datei an dem Ort, den du wählst (zum Beispiel iCloud Drive). Was dort mit der Datei geschieht, richtet sich nach den Bedingungen dieses Dienstes.
Snip enthält keine Analyse-Werkzeuge, keine Werbung und keine Software von Drittanbietern. Die App benötigt keine Internetverbindung und sendet von sich aus keine Daten an uns oder an Dritte. Die einzige Verbindung ist der optionale Trinkgeld-Kauf über den App Store (siehe unten).
In den Einstellungen kannst du Snip mit einem Trinkgeld unterstützen. Das läuft ausschließlich über den In-App-Kauf des App Stores (StoreKit): Die Zahlung wickelt Apple ab, Rechtsgrundlage ist die Erfüllung des Kaufvertrags mit Apple. Wir erhalten keine Daten über dich, nur die von Apple ausgewiesenen Gesamtbeträge. Ein Trinkgeld schaltet keine Funktionen frei, ist freiwillig und kann nicht zurückgefordert werden, soweit das Gesetz nichts anderes vorsieht. Für Zahlung und Erstattung gelten die Bedingungen von Apple.
Wenn du die App über den App Store oder TestFlight beziehst, verarbeitet Apple Daten nach den eigenen Datenschutzbestimmungen von Apple. Darauf haben wir keinen Einfluss.
Snip richtet sich an alle Altersgruppen und erhebt keine Daten von Kindern.
Da wir keine personenbezogenen Daten über dich verarbeiten, gibt es bei uns nichts, was wir auskunftspflichtig speichern oder löschen könnten. Dir stehen nach der DSGVO grundsätzlich Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch zu, und du kannst dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren. Wenn sich die App so ändert, dass Daten verarbeitet werden (zum Beispiel durch eine Synchronisierung), aktualisieren wir diese Erklärung vorher.

In short: Snip does not collect, store or transmit personal data to us or to any third party. Everything stays on your iPhone.
The coupons and loyalty cards you add: name, code number, optionally an expiry date, notes and photos you choose. This data never leaves your device. Deleting the app deletes it.
The camera is used only to read barcodes and printed text on coupons and cards, on the device. If a barcode holds data that can't be shown as text, the app also keeps a picture of the barcode on your device. The app reads a photo only when you pick one. Nothing is uploaded.
Expiry reminders are local notifications on your device. They do not go through a server.
If you export a backup, iOS saves the file where you choose (for example iCloud Drive). What happens to the file there is governed by that service's terms.
Snip contains no analytics tools, no advertising and no third-party software. The app needs no internet connection and sends no data to us or to anyone else on its own. The only connection is the optional tip purchase through the App Store (see below).
In Settings you can support Snip with a tip. This goes only through the App Store's in-app purchase (StoreKit): Apple handles the payment, on the legal basis of performing the purchase contract with Apple. We receive no data about you, only the totals Apple reports. A tip is voluntary, unlocks no features and is not refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Apple's terms apply to payment and refunds.
If you get the app through the App Store or TestFlight, Apple processes data under Apple's own privacy policy. We have no control over that.
Snip is suitable for all ages and collects no data from children.
Because we process no personal data about you, there is nothing we hold that we could be asked to disclose or delete. Under the GDPR you in principle have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you may complain to a data protection authority. If the app changes so that data is processed (for example through sync), we will update this policy first.
