Schnelle Lösungen
- Die App verhält sich merkwürdig. Beende sie vollständig und öffne sie erneut. Aktualisiere auf die neueste iOS- und App-Version.
- Kein Ton.

Found a bug, or have an idea to make Popit Calm calmer? Here is how to reach us and what usually fixes things.
Report a problem or share an idea: email
shrutikaiq@gmail.com. Please include your iPhone or iPad model, your iOS version and the app version (shown at the bottom of Settings in the app).
Quick fixes
- The app misbehaves. Force-quit and reopen it. Update to the latest iOS and app version.
- No sound. Check the silent switch on your phone and the Sound toggle in Settings inside the app.
- A round paused by itself. That is intentional: calls, switching apps and the Control Center pause the round.
- I can't find the Popit Calm filter in Focus settings. Open Popit Calm once first, then look again under Settings → Focus → your Focus → Add Filter.
- Notifications still arrive. Check the Focus mode is on (Control Center → Focus) and that the apps you want quiet are not in its allowed list.
- I want to reset my scores. In the app, open Settings and tap Reset my progress. This cannot be undone.
- A tip didn't go through. If you were charged, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Tips are handled entirely by Apple and unlock nothing.
Setting up Focus mode
- Settings → Focus → + → Custom, and name it "Popit Calm".
- Under Apps, allow only the apps you need (no social media).
- Add Filter → Popit Calm.
- Optional: Shortcuts → Automation → App → Popit Calm opens → Set Focus: Popit Calm.
iOS does not let apps block other apps' notifications, so Focus does the muting. The same steps are in the app under Settings → Focus setup.
