Stelle sicher, dass du direkt in die Kamera schaust, bei gutem Licht, mit Kopf und Schultern vollständig im Bild. Die Live-Checkliste über dem Auslöser zeigt genau, welche Anforderung noch nicht erfüllt ist.
Der Hintergrund wurde nicht ersetzt.
Die Hintergrundtrennung braucht eine klare Kante zwischen dir und der Wand dahinter sowie deinen vollständigen Kopf im Bild. Findet sie keine, bleibt dein ursprünglicher Hintergrund erhalten, und das Foto hat trotzdem die richtige Größe — versuche es erneut vor einer schlichteren Wand.
Ich sehe keine Kaufoption / es heißt „nicht verfügbar".
Prüfe, ob du online und im App Store angemeldet bist, und versuche es erneut. Falls du die Freischaltung auf dieser Apple-ID bereits gekauft hast, öffne Datenschutz & Entsperren → Kauf wiederherstellen. Immer noch nicht? Schreib uns mit einem Screenshot, wir klären das.

Sag uns, welcher — wir erweitern die Abdeckung laufend, und du kannst in der Zwischenzeit immer eine eigene Größe in der Dokumentauswahl eingeben.
Wie ändere ich Land oder Dokument?
Tippe auf dem Startbildschirm auf die Zeile Ausstellendes Land oder Dokumenttyp. Die App merkt sich deine Wahl beim nächsten Mal. Ist dein Dokument nicht gelistet, wähle Größe manuell eingeben.
Wie stelle ich die App auf Deutsch (oder zurück auf Englisch)?
Öffne die iPhone-Einstellungen, scrolle zu PerfectPass, tippe auf Sprache und wähle Deutsch oder English. Die App startet in dieser Sprache neu. Ist dein ganzes iPhone auf Deutsch eingestellt, folgt PerfectPass automatisch.
Wie lösche ich meine Daten?
Alles, was PerfectPass speichert, liegt nur auf deinem Gerät. Lösche es in der App unter Datenschutz & Entsperren → Alle Entwurfsfotos löschen (unter Android: Alle gespeicherten Dokumente löschen), oder deinstalliere die App.

My face wasn't detected / the countdown never starts.
Make sure you're facing the camera directly, in even light, with your whole head and shoulders in frame. The live checklist above the shutter shows exactly which requirement isn't met yet.
The background wasn't replaced.
Background separation needs a clear edge between you and the wall behind you, and your whole head in frame. If it can't find one, your original background is kept and the photo is still the right size — retake it against a plainer wall to try again.
I don't see a purchase option / it says unavailable.
Check that you're online and signed in to the App Store, then try again. If you already bought the unlock on this Apple ID, open Privacy & unlock → Restore purchase. Still stuck? Email us with a screenshot and we'll sort it out.
My country or document type isn't listed.
Tell us which one — we're adding coverage over time, and you can always enter a custom size by hand from the document picker in the meantime.
How do I change the country or document?
On the home screen, tap the Issuing country or Document type row. The app remembers your choice next time. If your document isn't listed, choose Enter size manually.
How do I switch the app to German (or back to English)?
Open the iPhone Settings app, scroll to PerfectPass, tap Language and choose Deutsch or English. The app restarts in that language. If your whole iPhone is set to German, PerfectPass follows it automatically.
How do I delete my data?
Everything PerfectPass stores lives only on your device. Delete it in-app from Privacy & unlock → Delete all draft photos (on Android: Delete all saved documents), or uninstall the app.
